THE second of three renovated small ships bought by Windstar Cruises from Seabourn has been christened in Nice, France. More than US$9m has been spent on the 212-passenger Star Breeze to fit the Windstar product which includes a new observation Yacht Club area, new screening room and outdoor dining venue.
