Brett Dudley, founder and
chairman of online cruise portal
Ecruising, has reassumed full
control of the company in Hong
Kong after amicably splitting from
his business partners.
As part of int’l expansion plans,
Dudley sold 49% of a Hong Kong
offshoot of the Australian firm to
two locally based business people
along with a license for the name.
A search for new opportunities
in the city is now underway.
The move does not affect any
of the Australian operations, now
being managed by Alastair Fernie.
