PERSONAL Travel Manager,
Karen Doyle, was recently invited
by the Ecuador Tourism Office
to attend a 16-day Ministry
of Tourism famil to the South
American destination.
Hosted by Mischelle
Montenegro and Alejandro
Romero from Camon Travel,
Doyle joined four other Aussie
attendees and explored the
Ecuadorian capital, Quito, before
heading to the Galapagos Islands.
“Nothing can prepare you for
the most incredible experience
of having baby sea lions come
up to you just wanting to play,”
commented Doyle.
“With no predators, they have
no ear of humans so the animals
are very close to you…this was
such an incredible experience and
one I will recomment to all my
clients,” she continued.
The famil ended with a full-day
workshop where participants met
face-to-face with local tourism
suppliers.
