Australian chef & restaurateur Luke Mangan (pictured) has joined the industry’s call for the safe resumption of cruising, to restore its economic impact and assist national recovery efforts.
Mangan’s restaurants are a feature of P&O Cruises Australia’s ships, and speaking in a video posted by the cruise line, the chef pointed out the fact that post-pandemic, all sectors and organisations able to make an economic contribution would be needed for an “all hands on deck” approach to national recovery – something many of our country’s leaders have somehow missed!
