| Nobu to return

CRYSTAL Cruises and Nobu have announced the return of Umi Uma by Japanese celebrity chef Nobu Matsuhisa.

Both Crystal Serenity and Crystal Symphony will feature Umi Uma, which appeared on the cruise line’s ships prior to its insolvency.

Guests will be able to enjoy one complimentary reservation per person, per cruise, for sailings of 11 days or less.

For longer sailings, two complimentary reservations will be included.

All additional reservations may be confirmed when on board for a nominal charge.

“It wouldn’t be Crystal without having one of the most popular restaurants Umi Uma back onboard,” SVP Hotel Operations Bernie Leypold declared.
