PASSENGERS aboard the United Kingdom’s P&O Cruises’ Arvia’s inaugural voyage have described the experience as a “disaster”, with some waiting until almost midnight for their Christmas dinner, The Times of London has reported. Other complaints made included lost restaurant reservations and wi-fi issues.
