Chef Mark Best has jumped ship, revealing he will end his tieup with Holland America Line.
In a statement, the cruise line said “following a successful three-year relationship, Holland America Line and chef Mark Best, Holland America Line Culinary Council member, will part ways from 01 Jan 2017.”
On Tue, it was revealed Best will open his first restaurant at sea on Dream Cruises’ Genting Dream (CW 13 Sep) in Nov.
Best is known for his recently closed Sydney-based restaurant Marque and Pei Modern in Melbourne and Sydney.
