Sydney chef Mark Best is ramping up his involvement in the cruise industry and opening his first restaurant at sea on Dream Cruises’ Genting Dream.
The 219-seat Bistro restaurant will include a 54-seat ‘Grill’ outdoor seating area and a select eight-seat ‘Chef’s Table’ in a private room and serve up Western & Asian-inspired dishes.
Best will also contribute to Dream Cruises’ culinary enrichment program on board.
