HOLLAND America Line has partnered with master mixologist Dale DeGroff to launch a new cocktail menu. The menu will debut aboard ms Eurodam this month and will expand fleetwide by springtime. Creations include the Gallery Gimlet, Hemingway Daiquiri, Yuzu Margarita and The Ritz Cocktail.
