IT is hard for a boat to go missing, but maybe not in a city of almost 10 million.
A New York City sailor is suing his ex for hiding a boat they bought together.
The plaintiff claims he and his then-girlfriend bought a boat for USD$155,500 in Dec 2019 – with each paying half – to start a sailboat tour company called Sailing Islander.
The pair began offering sailboat excursions of New York Harbor, but when the couple split in Jan, she took off with the boat and hid it and now refuses to tell her partner where it is.
