MAKING new friends is one of the best parts of holidaying, but sometimes, they can be a bit needy.
A group of European tourists got more than they bargained for when they had a very close encounter with Wally (pictured) “the famous wandering Arctic walrus”, who lives in the United Kingdom’s Isles of Scilly.
The animal was filmed trying to climb aboard a tourist boat near the Bay of Porthcressa, in the latest in a series of adventures that has seen him sighted in Ireland, Spain, France and Greenland, after he presumably became lost drifting down from the Arctic.
